We all go through our daily lives engaging in many conversations with others. But most of the time, we don’t listen as well as we could or sometimes should. We’re often distracted, We think we’re listening to the other person, but we’re really not giving them our full attention.
What does it look like to listen to one another in a way that makes us feel heard and fully seen?
Today we have with us professional listener and Licensed Professional Christian Counselor, Susanne Ciancio to talk with us today about the difference between listening and hearing and how we can better listen to the people in our lives.
Susanne Ciancio is a Licensed Professional Christian Counselor. She has been serving the Christian community as a professional Christian counselor in Essex County and the surrounding area since 1986.
